Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the "Checkout now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. (Please note that we can only accept orders for £100.00 + VAT or more.)

We accept credit card payments, . please note that if paying with Visa or Mastercard, a 1.5% surcharge will be applied.. We will contact you to confirm payment details prior to actioning your order.

We accept Switch, Visa and Mastercard. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Hoever, you do not need to use a credit card to shop with us. We also offer cheque with order, invoice prior to delivery and, for Councils and larger Corporate bodies, normal credit accounts up to 30 days. We also have some very innovative finance plans - please note that the minimum amount that can be financed is £1,500.00 + vat. You must be a business user - finance is not available for private individuals.

Please note: being a UK registered Autodesk Systems Centre, we can supply AutoCAD software inside the European Union only.

Shipping And Handling The prices shown within the catalogue includes shipping; there is NO charge for delivery of your goods on the UK mainland!

Due to warranty issues, we cannot supply hardware goods outside of the UK. We can ship to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, etc., however we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee. This will be confirmed with clients prior to finalizing any orders.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. We do not accept orders for shipment outside of the UK.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 1,250 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction, with both our products and our service. All goods supplied are brand new, with full manufacturers warranty; these can often be extended for a nominal fee. Full details on request.

Software is supplied with 30 days technical support, you have the option to extend this support either annually or quarterly if you so require; full details on request. Example cost for annual telephone support on AutoCAD would be £195.00 + VAT.

Privacy Policy Exact Price do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used to:

Returns Policy If goods are damaged in transit, they will be replaced with new goods. If you order and register any Autodesk software licence, we CANNOT accept the software back. All other software returns which are allowed will be charged at 15% of the RRP as a restocking charge.

Hardware which is incorrectly ordered can be returned within one week of ordering, as long as you have retained the original packaging and have not used the equipment. Returning the equipment will be at the customers expense. Please note that if the equipment is used then we cannot accept the equipment back. We CANNOT accept returned goods due to 'a change of mind', unless faulty whereupon you will have to refer to your warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
