Using our store - your questions answered

Welcome to the Exact Price cataloge, where you will find most items required within the CAD marketplace. All items supplied, both CAD software or computer / plotting hardware, are shipped directly from the UK distributors; all AutoCAD software is the full, UK version as supplied by Autodesk. Please note that we can only supply customers within the EEC!

We have added the ability to choose different options on the items we sell, i.e. choose the number of CAD software packages you require, change the AutoCAD software on the CAD computer systems, add a warranty to your plotter, change your monitor, or add more memory, etc. Simply choose from the drop-down lists that are shown at the bottom of each section. To see the total cost of your choices, click on the

button and a summary will appear. You can then either 'Confirm' and add the item to your shopping trolley, or go straight to the 'Checkout' and order the goods, or 'Cancel' and return to the catalogue. To return straight to the section you were just in, use your browsers 'back' button; alternatively, select one of the icons at the top of each page.

We have also added 'pop up' windows, these give further information on many products and will also act as a link to the manufacturers web-site, without losing your place in our catalogue. Once you have read the information in the 'pop up' window, simply close this to return to your original page.

There is a 1.5% credit card surcharge applied to orders paid by this method. Once you have placed an order, the site automatically e-mails you a confirmation list of items and costs. You have several payment methods available to you, click on the 'Information' button within the catalogue and a list of options will be displayed. If paying with a Switch of Delta card, no surcharge is applied.
