Pinnacle Series comes as a simple, easy to use toolbar that contains all the resources needed to access learning and solve problems on Autodesk products. As Pinnacle Series is also easy to customise, this same toolbar can contain your own company specific workflows, videos and cheat sheets. All of this is contained under one simple to use interface.

With the same toolbar, you can book onto live courses from Eagle Point, and if you can't find the answer in Pinnacle Series, you can use the system to contact our own technical support resources, or even launch a chat with one of your peers. If its video tutorials you are looking for or how-to guides, on-line training, live chat or technical support - all of this is available from the Pinnacle Series toolbar. It's this wealth of resources that makes Pinnacle Series such a unique and powerful tool.

Pinnacle Series is not just limited to Autodesk products - you can add your own resources, such as your HR processes, company standards, or indeed any of the company information that you need your employees to be aware of - it's simple to do, but if you need a hand, then our support staff can help. And being cloud-based means that all employees can access your best practices, standard operating procedures, training materials and other helpful information at their desk in the office, at home and even on their mobile devices.

With Pinnacle Series, you get the following:

Workflows: Workflows document standard processes & procedures and provide direct access to the software commands/tools and documents people need to do their work. You can use the included workflows, customise them or even create your own.

Cheat Sheets: Cheat Sheets are concise how-to guides that provide quick tips & tricks and troubleshooting guides for when people get stuck. Think of Cheat Sheets like FAQ's or answers to common technical support problems.

Videos: Short How-to videos show people how to accomplish things using software features and commands. Live training classes are also recorded so people have the convenience to take a deeper dive into subjects and learn things 24/7 when it best fits their schedule. Videos can therefore be used to train new employees, or as a reminder when staff have to use features and functions they rarely use.

Live, expert-led, training: Expert-led 1 hour live training sessions are available to teach people the proper workflow and commands to use. These are recorded and are available after the session, so that employees can refer to them 24/7.

Chat & Technical Support: Access to our in-house Technical Support line for Autodesk products is included to provide fast access to our experts when self-help has turned up empty. People can also connect to your own internal subject matter expert to collaborate on a project or to get an answer to a problem they can't solve.

Platform Architecture: In addition to coming pre-loaded with Autodesk content, Pinnacle Series has the capacity to keep people productive on virtually any technology in the solution. All employees can take advantage of it to access company-specific content for on-boarding and executing project collaboration/delivery processes, procurement processes or any back office processes. Access to Chat means people can collaborate or ask for help from any of their co-workers, even in other offices.

Powerful, trusted search
: All content is wrapped up in a robust search engine that not only includes our trusted sources of information but can be configured to extend searches into your own knowledge repositories like SharePoint and company Intranets.

History & Favourites: People can save and organise quick links to any of the resources utilising their own personal favourites tab. Individual User History lets people quickly recall resources they accessed today, yesterday, last week and even last month.

Administration & Reports: User administration is conveniently handled through synchronisation with your Microsoft Active Directory. Roles and Permissions can be set to control who has access to create and customise content and to specify which users can see what content. In addition, reports on Resource Usage and Searched Terms are also available to understand how people are benefitting from Pinnacle Series.
